Bespoke Vision Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 2026

Our Commitment

Bespoke Vision is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We continue to improve the usability and accessibility of bespokevision.org and work to follow generally recognized accessibility practices and standards.

Accessibility Standards

Bespoke Vision is working to improve the accessibility of bespokevision.org with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, or WCAG. These guidelines provide recommendations for making digital content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, and other disabilities.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We use automated monitoring and remediation tools and periodically review the website for accessibility barriers. Automated tools can identify and address many issues, but they may not detect every accessibility concern.

Accessibility Tools and Monitoring

Bespokevision.org uses the UserWay Accessibility Widget and automated remediation technology to support our accessibility efforts. UserWay regularly scans the website for certain accessibility issues and applies automated corrections when supported by its technology.

The accessibility menu also provides optional tools that may help visitors adjust how website content is displayed and navigated. It can be opened by selecting the accessibility icon located on the website. It may also be available through keyboard navigation. Please allow a moment for the menu to load after it is activated.

Automated accessibility technology is one part of our ongoing efforts and does not guarantee that every page or feature will be accessible in every circumstance.

Limitations and Third-Party Content

Although we work to make the website accessible, some pages, documents, forms, embedded features, or third-party content may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals.

Automated testing and remediation may not identify every barrier. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate reported issues, address barriers when possible, and provide information through an alternative accessible method.

Assistance and Feedback

Please contact us if you:

  • experience difficulty accessing any part of the website;
  • encounter an accessibility barrier;
  • need information in an alternative format; or
  • have suggestions for improving the accessibility of the site.

When contacting us, please include the webpage address and a brief description of the issue. Information about the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using may also help us investigate the problem.
